Who are we? What is our philosophy?
Einstein said: "If the bee disappeared from the face of the earth, man would only have four years left to live."
Since the spring of 2008, our beekeeping laboratory, based in Drepano, Achaia, has been operating. The impetus for our involvement was and is our love for the bee and its products, with the aim of producing honey and hive products such as Pollen, Royal Jelly, Propolis and Honeycomb. The effort to produce bee products is done by adhering to proper beekeeping practice rules and avoiding any processing, so that what is produced is natural and raw.
In the spring of 2014, our laboratory was moved to new facilities. The goal was and remains the continuous quality upgrade and the observance of all sanitary standards.
One of the foods that has attracted particular scientific interest, mainly due to its nutritional components, is honey. Honey is a natural sweetener that exhibits strong antioxidant, antimicrobial and cell-protective effects. A true treasure trove of health and strength.
The bee, like our beekeeping laboratory, does not ONLY produce HONEY, but also a multitude of other products such as pollen, royal jelly and propolis.
The great philosopher and scholar Aristotle claimed that honey has special properties that help maintain health and prolong human life.

Get to know the way and life of the bee.....
In our laboratory, the visitor has the opportunity to be guided through the magical world of bees and honey, with workshops and interactive methods.
The tour also includes observing how bees work through glass hives and the production of honey, as well as inspecting the apiaries while wearing beekeeping uniforms.
Finally, the visitor can learn about the products and by-products of honey and its beneficial properties and taste honey flavors.

From a passion for Architecture to a love for bees....
It all started as a hobby. I liked beekeeping and was impressed by the bee society, which is matriarchal and works in an organized way. Slowly the hobby began to absorb me, to draw me closer and closer and at some point to monopolize my interest. Then I thought about making it a profession.
In 2006, I started producing my own honey and slowly my professional career began to evolve.
Since the spring of 2008, the operation of the beekeeping laboratory and the company, Organic Bee Farm, based in Drepano, Achaia, began with the aim of producing honey and beehive products such as pollen, royal jelly, propolis and honeycomb. What is the guiding principle for my work is good beekeeping practice, the observance of the correct rules in the production of honey, avoiding any processing, any unnecessary intervention, so that what is produced is natural and raw.
Honey exhibits strong antioxidant, antimicrobial and cell-protective effects. A true treasure of health and strength."
In the spring of 2014, the laboratory was moved to new facilities in Aktaion, where our headquarters are still located today, while new products using honey as a raw material followed, such as soaps, beeswax ointments and cosmetics.
